Woman with normal Cholesterol can have maximum of two eggs per day, if the cholesterol levels are increased then it is best to avoid egg yolk.

Salmon is a good source of Omega – 3 fatty acids which are very important for the baby’s health. It is very difficult to meet the needs with diet alone, for those who can eat red meat frequently may increase the amount of iron.
